  • SineQuaNon Likes this wine: 90 points

January 4, 2016 - Another winner from the Sachsen region formerly found in Eastern Germany. P'n'poured at a very cold temperature, it started off somewhat reticent. However, it has taken on another level of complexity, intensity and nerve with breathing and increasing of temperature. Beautiful. Airy and ethereal though at the sane time peppery and a littly clunky/strangely sweet/unctuous in the way German Pinot can sometimes behave. After airing and heating (still chilled serving temperature) this has enough nerve, energy and exitement to merit a 90 point and outstanding rating!
