May 6, 2023 - Inviting aromas of green & yellow apple with lime skin. Palate comes across with very ripe mealy apple fruit and a nice twang of acid. Flavor profile is simply not to my liking, but clearly well crafted.

February 12, 2023 - Showing signs of some age into more dialed down secondary dried lemon rind, subtle orchard notes, and stoney minerals note of the nose, texture has lost a a little of its saline and vibrancy that it showed a few years ago

January 19, 2023 - random find off an otherwise brutal wine list. Pop and pour after a quick chill, and very impressive. Expressive green apple, a bit of tropical fruit, really good acid at 10+ years old. Very little sign of age, a nice treat.
