August 17, 2022 - Heard that there is quite a lot of bottle variation, but this was shining. On opening really fresh, with notes of salted lemon, apple and some lactic notes. With air this became more soft, rounded with riper fruit and some cheesey/earthy notes, evolved beautifully in bottle over 3 hours

April 17, 2021 - Not decanted. At first a bit 'buttery'. But this soon disappears and a complex mixture of fruit and a sweet minerality appears. Lovely wine.
