Community Tasting Notes 2

  • BURGHen Boy Likes this wine: 89 points

October 3, 2015 - Finishes with a good mineral bite. Long on the palate, autumn pear with a dash of salinity.

  • J.Morris Likes this wine: 85 points

September 11, 2014 - Treixadura, Albariño, Godello, Lado, Loureiro, Torrontes and Caíño Blanco blend. Yes, those.

We tried this with a Thursday night curry. Never easy but this wine coped. Not by being uber-fruity but by being solidly itself. Does fruity and dry make any sense? There is oil there but in a good way.

Not a quaffing wine - at 13.5% there is quite a punch.
