  May 19, 2024 - Excellent
  Very nice after a 2+ hour decant. Ripe, sweet tannins frame this cooler-toned California Cab, cedar, turned cool soil, cool herbs e.g. mint, dark cherry, some spice. Clean, medium finish. Too easy to drink! Great with a ribeye, I only wish the steak were better.

  January 17, 2024 - needed about 2 hours to start opening up; Still can go another 5-10 years; Once it opened the blackberry/plum notes, cedar, spicy notes, and pine needles really developed. I wish I had another bottle to open up in the future.

  June 13, 2023 - 2nd bottle fo two and this paired perfect with slow cooked short ribs and flank steak with chimmichurri sauce. A lovely cherry potpourri. Not shy and not overdone either, I enjoyed this very much.
