April 22, 2016 - Garnet in color. Nose has forest floor, earth and dried mushroom. Palate some roasted tannin, gently stewed red fruit. and a touch of cranberry. Drying finish. Pleasant and mildly interesting, but the stewed/roasted aspect detracts from this. Very Good.

Overall: a simple and easy drinking Burgundy. Not bad...but not great either. -
