June 3, 2015 - Starting to fade. A bit long in the tooth for a Barbera but still has life.
Trace of brown at the edges with syrupy legs. Sweet at the start but finished with mild tartness and little bit of leather/tobacco. Runquist never disappoints. -

March 8, 2015 - Full body deep red wine. Big blackberry fruit with hints of cherry and slight oak. Nice finish. Another super Runquist red wine!

January 11, 2015 - Beautiful nose and a full body high alcohol wine (14.7%). Wonderful chocolate, licorice and coffeee fruit. Excellent finish.

October 2, 2014 - Deep dark red wine with an excellent nose. Bold and harmonious fruit. Nice finish. Unfortunately I just have one more bottle.

May 4, 2014 - This is a big wine that is great with steaks and BBQ. Black dark red in color. Good nose followed by broad and deep fruit. The Barbera tasted like a cross between a malbec and cabernet.
