November 22, 2020 - Definitely needs to be decanted for one hour. Red cherries flavor to start changing to black pepper & dark cherry

December 7, 2014 - Drank the last of our 2 bottles of this last night. I really liked the focus and acidity. Still think this has a few years left but don't see a reason to wait.
