  My only complaint was that the brooding cigar box bouquet promised more than the palate ever delivered over the next few hours of revisiting . This came through with some astringency on the top palate and a little heat from the alcohol level. Along with some pleasant dark cherry & cinnamon spice on the mid palate with a medium length finish . I don’t always break down wine with a number . Let’s just say it fit the occasion just fine. If you have this Sineann in your cellar it’s at its plateau but should hold on for a few more years.

  February 22, 2020 - Really enjoyable. Smooth tannins. Coffee. Black fruit. Hint of green pepper. Very nice.

  April 29, 2019 - dark intense color and tones, aromas of coffee and espresso with a tight stark structure and elements of coffee grounds, pepper. Well accompanied by pork chops
