June 12, 2021 - Ruby red in glass. Has essence of a raspberry liquor mixed with a delicious cough syrup. Hot on tongue. Medium length on finish. Medium+ body, which was unexpected. I am not sure the grapes involved, but tastes like Zinfandel. Recommended for a different take on a dessert wine that is not port, not sweet, not sherry. Very intriguing!
