October 15, 2022 - Past its prime. Not terrible but probably 2-3 years past its prime. Tobacco, leather, tar...standard older bordeaux profile. Drink immediately if you have one. it is going to keep getting worse.

June 21, 2022 - Raspberry blackberry oak clove leather nose- cooked berries, clove, grippy tannin, black tea.
I feel like this bottle fell flat & is past it’s time.

June 8, 2020 - Popped and poured- surprisingly good! I forgot how good their wines were and good value. This did not need long to open up nicely (20 min in the glass). Nice graphite punch up front followed by a very complete balanced wine with a nice finish. Certainly in prime and will not benefit from more age. Should hold here for another 2-3 years. Purchased at the winery in 2017 and stored properly since then.

November 6, 2019 - Held too long. Lost its zest.

May 18, 2019 - I honestly think this one could have used another five years of age, and then a decanter for about 3 hours before anyone touched it. Medium + bodied. Black and blue fruited. Spice box in the middle. Subtle floral in the middle and a bit in the nose. Complex. Sort of leaned out to the finish on account of some really strong toasty tannin that I think is still playing with this one a little bit. Definitely some black pepper on the finish. Can't wait to try this in 2025!
