  December 2, 2023 - Drunk for dinner with smoked salmon. 12%. Pale yellow gold. Bright and fresh - no signs of age. Fennel, white currants and citrus notes with a lot of minerality. Very nicely balanced with moderate length. Best on third day so likely to last for a few more years but drinking beautifully at the moment.

  January 27, 2017 - Aromatic, with some oak notes. Clean, dry and opulent in the mouth. Rather low in acidity. A bit short. A bit disappointing from this producer.
