March 20, 2014 - Champagne: 50% chardonnay e 50% pinot noir da Bouzy. Pietra bianca, non solo il gesso (calcare). Bianco anche nei fiori e nel frutto, pasticceria, segue il mare. Elegante, scolpito. Bocca non troppo acida, più sapido che fresco, mare e erba appena tagliata. Finale lungo ma sottile, in sordina.
