February 23, 2015 - Golden yellow. Very expressive in the nose with hardly any fruit, but more herbal notes, some hay, a bit of Williams Christ pear, bee's wax. In the mouth, this is pretty dense and direct, a lot of white tannin, bone dry, medium acidity. This has a lot of density and drinks almost like an Orange wine with the "white" tannins.
