Community Tasting Notes 3

February 10, 2024 - Decent nose, but flat on the palate.

October 13, 2018 - On pop and pour this showed awkwardly unbalanced but it softened somewhat with air. The Roussanne comes through strong, giving it floral and citrus notes. Some sour cherry and chocolate came through after a couple hours but it never showed balanced or crisp. A disappointing Sanguis, although I'm a big fan of their wines in general.
