February 2, 2016 - Madeira Pilgrimage; 2/1/2016-2/4/2016 (Madeira): Bright and floral on the nose, with cut flower stems and salted almonds. Full but tart with crunchy sea salt accenting the yellow apple and apricot. Very fresh, and the purity is impressive.
