June 15, 2015 - Lively red cherry and candied strawberry nose. Fruit driven, more red liquerice, some medicinal herbal qualities on the back end. Tasty and straightforward.

November 14, 2014 - Nez moyennement ouvert, tire brulé (élevage ?), végétal, arôme primaire typique poivron vert sur un registre plus personnel, tige de merisier. En bouche, les tanins sont déjà intégrés, le vin est souple et équilibré. Plus cab franc que cab sauvignon, donc dans mes préférences. Bel évolution depuis le millésime 2007.
