January 10, 2016 - A pre-emptive strike given my (general) lack of confidence in the Vic 2011 vintage. But no need to fear here......this is in wonderful nick and very classically structured. Good fruit early but soon knocked into line with sandy persistent tannin. Good length, not exactly BDX territory, but nevertheless memorable. Easily the best structured southern Vic red from 2011 that has come across my desk.
