March 4, 2018 - The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like mineral and toast. It tastes like mineral. The body is light/medium. The wine has narrow texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

Nose - pleasant strawberry and licorice, bit earthy
Palate - medium full body, full velvety mouth feel, nice acidity on finish, fruity, vanilla, mocha
Drank with pan seared duck breast with Saskatoon berry sauce.
