June 25, 2016 - Kir-Yianni Paranga, white dry, PGI Macedonia, gr. varieties: 80% Roditis, 20% Malagousia; cellaring 4 months in inox tanks. Tasting yellow-straw color, fresh and citrus nose, very refreshing lemon and little melon flavours, round finish; suble summer wine. Enjoyable. Tasted in June in Castellorizo island..

May 28, 2016 - 4th Saturday group "uptown" tasting (Sue's): Apple and clay notes. There's a dirty qualilty on the palate at first, followed by apple and orchard fruit qualities with bright acidity. I guessed Chablis.
