Community Tasting Notes 1

October 4, 2013 - Nice wine but not seemingly typical burgundian. Nose was bright red berry and the palate's unassertive red fruit was not the main feature besides a tannic, rustic and slightly woody structure. More of a food wine than a sipper, the tannins and rusticity were decent with grilled tuna loin sauced with paprika, garlic, and olive oil.
