  August 3, 2021 - Dark as a moonless night. Blueberries for days on the nose, with some baking spice. Medium to full bodied, blackberries, sage, crushed black cherries, fully integrated tannins, smoke, a bit of tobacco, and a long sticky finish. Drinking great now, and will be for a while.

  August 25, 2019 - Ruby/currant color w/a little age at the edge. Boysenberry, blueberry, spice box nose. Still has bright cherry & licorice mid-palette. Spice & coffee on the finish. Our last bottle from Mr. Wellington.

  Softened a bit overnight in the sealed bottle. Black raspberry, earthy herbs/spices, and maybe a hint of blueberry. Excellent tonight.
