Community Tasting Notes 2

November 18, 2005 - Like a really good sour cherry pie. Mmmmm. With some chocolate and strawberry.

March 9, 2005 - Decanted 1.5 hours. Mixed fruit, cedar, and spice on the beautiful nose. On the palate, licorice, chocolate and cinnamon interlaced with luscious boysenberries and strawberries. The silkiness and spices continued to evolve throughout the life of the bottle. Perhaps a little low in acid for some foods. A lovely effort.
