December 13, 2021 - I first tried this a couple of years ago when there was still a trace of fruit. I was not sure if I would like it. So I gave it a little more time. Now that trace has faded and it is simply horrid. I used some of it to make a red wine sauce. That turned out ok. So cook with it but do not try to drink it.
