January 17, 2015 - A beautifully crafted Chardonnay. Very clean drinking, a soft mouth feel with a nice acidity level. Clearly this was made in all French oak. Tastes of a bit of Mandarin orange, honeysuckle, toasted coconut and nice minerality.
