February 28, 2020 - Continues to be in a great drinking window! Blackberries and toasty oak on the nose. Deep, dark cherry flavors with a long, complex, spicy finish. Maybe a bit reductive, but still provides a huge amount of drinking pleasure in a slightly heavier style than your typical Oregon Pinot.

August 3, 2019 - More Cali-style than Oregon. Lots of black fruits and modest toasty oak Nice dark cherry flavors with a complex, spicy finish. Seems to be in a perfect drinking window now

Smells spicy and jammy with ripe strawberry notes, a little meatiness and some alcohol heat as well as a touch of tomato leaf (stems without whole bunch?) On the palate similar ripe fruit notes - strawberry jam with a little bitterness on the back palate.
