May 22, 2021 - Dark and red cherry fruit, gamy, smooth; there is a mustard element to the wine that some people might pick up as the taint, but it is not bothersome to me. From 375 ml, cellared since original release.

December 25, 2020 - smokey and sweet at miss and smooth on pallet. a little hub as its has close to end of drinking window.
very nice bottle. went nice with filet.
