October 2, 2023 - tried two bottles
one had slightly less effervescence and was a bit more on the savory evolved side. The second I would say is definitely excellent, copper to salmon hue with gentle but satisfying mousse. Subtle nose but definitely yeast and what I would describe as a feminine earthiness. Definitely strawberry fruit but also saline palate cleansing finish. -

November 18, 2022 - This wine continues to drink well with notes of cherry and apple, nicely balanced with hint of minerals.

June 2, 2022 - Dark salmon hue with sparse, small bubbles. Slightly burnt dried orange peel on the nose. Sweet oranges dominate with an acceptable acid and mineral ration. Very, very good.
