July 4, 2016 - Smokey. Can smell the alcohol. Dark fruits and spice. Tannins are not too harsh. Full bodied. Quite enjoyable.

June 27, 2016 - Tasted this against Graffigna 2013 Malbec Reserve. Hands down nod to Crios. Wife (sis): "This (Crios) will go well with the rehearsal dinner. Forget the Graffigna.

October 6, 2015 - Odd green grass and earthy clay characteristics. Not sure what's going on here, but its a sign of things to come from Balbo wines.
