    October 24, 2018 - Never disappoints

October 6, 2017 - Dark cherry-red. Some earthy, stalky aromas compliment the red fruits of cherry and raspberry.
A mineral quality pervades the light to medium bodied palate. Rounds out with medium acids and light dusty tannins plus an intriguing cranberry note.
This is at, or near, its peak drinking period now.

December 1, 2016 - Intense red and dark berries aroma, fresh and fruity, a little earth and whole bunch flavours, adding some complexity, grainy tannins, medium acidity, not mellowed with alcohol completely. Need more years. Medium finish with some chocolate and savoury notes.

    Ap 5/5, Ar 13/15, Palate 16/20, Overall 3+3/10
    Total 90+/100

January 15, 2016 - On darker side for Central Otago Pinot. Attractive plum, red fruit and spice nose was the highlight. Very bland palate.

June 28, 2015 - Tried this after trying the 2012 vintage. Shows off the great 2013 vintage. An intriguing nose of dark fruit, heavy spices, florals and umani (Vegemite for us Aussies!). Super smooth palate. Dark plums, dark cherries, chocolate, meaty notes. Still light on its feet and balanced. Acidity was a touch noticeable on the finish.
