Community Tasting Notes 2

September 14, 2016 - Black current comes across strong after 3 dsys open to match the tannin and acid. A beaut!

August 17, 2016 - Really exotic fruit nose and on front palate. Merlot from St Emilion tastes like passion fruit and saddle leather. The leather not so unusual but what you want from a young Bordeaux. With some breathing time I am sure this will bloom out with an even more intoxicating nose. Great color- deep dark red all the way to the very rim. Good concentration of good grapes and barrel aging a well taken note. Would bacon on a bison burger be scrumptious with this St Emilion.
