February 24, 2024 - MAGNUM Vintage Port (CUT restaurant Beverly Hills): Out of a Tregnm or 2.25ltr bottle. Finished to early in this flight but it was pretty good. Also have one n the Cellartracker along with a 3.0L

April 24, 2014 - much darker than the '44 some red here
    n - honey and spice
tastes really alive, quite meaty texture and some tannic bite
oranges, lovely nutty quality like a tawny port
    long peppery finish
    holding up beautiful
    gorgeous

December 7, 2013 - second wine of the second flight. Again, similiar to the Warre with its depth and dark color.

April 13, 2011 - Served from double magnum. The color was a light rust, with some cloudiness. The wine had a good bit of alcohol heat that masked much of the flavors, but the plum fruit is still there underneath. There is only a medium sweetness at this point. The wine had been double decanted but I don't know how far in advance. Perhaps more air was necessary? Still very good with the chocolate ganache dessert.

April 12, 2011 - IWFSC 764th Dinner (Custom House Tavern, Chicago, IL): Another example of classic port, good color, amber tint, ruby. delicat nose of sweet red currants, intensely and seductively flavored and rich in the mouth. A great way to end the evening.
