April 26, 2024 - Pronoucned nose intensity with notes of cassis, ripe plum, toast, spices. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin.

February 24, 2024 - Decanted for an hour. Beautifully textured wine, blackberry, blackcurrant, mocha, tar, tobacco. The balance of acidity and the integration of the tannins at this point in the drinking window made this an excellent experience. Guado rarely disappoints!

January 10, 2024 - What a delicious wine. One hour decant. Dark, almost brooding fruit on the nose, with vegetal hints of green pepper. Tar, cocoa, dark berry flavors. Intense but also approachable, with enough acidity and integrated tannins to keep it fresh. The last sips were fabulous with a dark chocolate dessert.

December 15, 2023 - A dark colour; very rich and full, with concentrated blackcurrant/blackberry fruit, quite a thick texture and good length. Excellent wine, nicely mature but with years to go.
