January 5, 2016 - Decanted for 1 hour and served with pizza. Dark red color and already throwing some sediment. Menthol, cherry, dried cherry & dirt (with airtime only). On palate, cherry, bright cherry flavor profile with high acidity, medium body and medium finish. Enjoyed and would buy again. 90+/-
