September 22, 2019 - 2019 FTLOP Harvest Tour; 9/19/2019-9/28/2019 (Portugal): Bottled last week. Amber-brown in color with clear edges. Woody and dusty notes on the nose. Very rich palate with orange spice, nuts, and butterscotch. Clean, extremely long finish with notes of candied nuts and orange spice. 94 points.

May 24, 2014 - Amontillado-like nose, plenty of oxidised aromas, nuts and sea salt. Sweet fruit on the palate, fine balance. Tremendous finish--- goes on forever. Like the very old tawnies, this has taken on a distinct Sherry character, which is offset by the sweet fruit. Slightly dear but there's no question about the quality on display here.
