  August 28, 2015 - In my tirade of consuming every Rose I can find, this is in my top 3 I've ever had. It's minerally, fruit-forward with strawberries in the nose and palate. I hate to add to the seasonality of Roses (meaning I'm the kind of person that enjoys chili and ice cream year round), but this seemingly finds its way down my throat faster in the summer.

  April 8, 2015 - Smells and tastes like fresh strawberries crushed over wet rocks. Medium acidity, the mineral notes are strong; a medium-length finish. Nice fruit but the emphasis is structure. Too easy to drink as the weather warms.
