March 2, 2023 - Earthy notes , dark cherry , spice, mushrooms , mint? Has that stem influence that adds some complexity. I like it better than other Kutch bottles I’ve opened

August 16, 2022 - PnP and let sit for 5+ minutes before sampling.
Aromas of cherry, black cherry and spice box.
On the palate there is dark, red fruit, light+ acid and tannin with some black pepper in the finish.
This bottle has started its fade.
All the aromas and flavors are there and diminished.
It improved a bit within 20 minutes after opening. -
