December 30, 2016 - Dense and deep red. Nose of cherry cola and a hint of tobacco. the palate is dense and weight with a good fruit and a hint of oaking. Finish is lasting and has a little pop with a pretty tobacco trailing off.

September 29, 2014 - I had enjoyed a prior vintage of this wine and was excited to taste the vaunted 2012 vintage. I am sure I should have lay down longer but I remembered the hallmark of this wine is its rich, voluptuous fruit. This bottles bid not disappoint. Lovely dark fruit that fills the palate and provides and lengthy finish. Round and ripe with just the right acidity to deliver the goods. High yum factor.
