In Vino Veritas (in wine there is truth; people speak the truth when they are drunk), five more bottles of my cellar sacrifices. I have gotten waaaaayyy behind in my postings and I need to catch them up, hence the 5 wine college. Going around the clock, the wines were a 2015 Casarena Owen’s Vineyard Cab, a 1998 Viader, a 2014 Double Canyon Cab, a 2015 Lardy Morgan, and a 2012 Passing Time Cab. November 10, 2020 - This wine has alot going on with it. Gave it about a 1 hour decant but think it still needs to unwind a bit. Lots of great depth and layers of flavor but could use a longer decant or more time to really open up.

July 9, 2017 - Early in the drinking window. Will develop more character with 2 to 3 additional years of aging. I like the smooth style.
