July 17, 2023 - Shows well now. Typically for 13 this is more dominated by honeyed tropical fruit aromas, with loads of lemon juice-like acidity. Ripeness and aromatic profile is closer to that of a Spätlese, but with a certain lightness, making it unmistakably Kabinett.

June 29, 2019 - Dobbeltdekantert med shake. Sitrongress, pære og fersken. Noe mineraler. Veldig fokusert og lineær munnfølelse. Balansert, oppfattelsen av sødmen er liten. Perfekt drikkevin på sommeren og taklet spareribs fra grillen med fyrrig BBQ-saus.

February 4, 2017 - A brilliant young kabinett. So perfectly balanced, already, at this young age expressing differentiated flavors, and not demonstrating sweetness that undercuts many kabinetten until 5 or more years.
Plenty of delineated citrus tastes,with honeysuckle, lemongrass, petrol, quince and nice acid.
This will evolve ,of course, along with the greats, but it can be enjoyed very much at present. -
