Community Tasting Notes 2

May 4, 2019 - Medium yellow. Tasted blind. Reminiscent of the herbaceousness of Sauvignon Blanc or Gruner Veltliner combined with the glossy feel of Chenin Blanc. Citrus and wonderful minerality. Totally interesting wine that is hard to place.

January 25, 2018 - Clear, pale brass with white rim, with equidistant mid-speed tears.
Clean, med intensity with aromas of pears, star fruits, gooseberries, green olives, saline.
Dry, med- body, med- alcohol, light tannins, med- acidity, with further tastes of light green apples, almonds, porridge, barley, and a tinge of honey. Decent finish and would pair well with oily Catalonian tapas.
