May 14, 2022 - Shockingly little phenolic extract from the grapes. It’s like someone took dilute jug wine and aged it in French oak. Light color too. There’s nothing unsound like light TCA taint and the acidity is about right but there’s nothing here. But you could play a prank and use this to convince someone they had covid and couldn’t smell.
