November 6, 2019 - PnP into a decanter and allowed to breathe for 30 min.
Nose: ripe plum, strawberry, rosemary, lavendar, candied fig
Palate: rich red and blue fruit, blueberry, rose water, white pepper, loamy earth. More time helps balance the rich fruit with a hint of earthiness. The ripe fruit dominates at first out of the bottle, but after an hour plus it really starts to integrate.
Medium plus body, medium minus acid, fully resolved tannin, medium finish.
Just starting to enter it's first plateau of maturity and could have used another 5 years at least. Plenty of life and structure to grow and mature.

February 2, 2016 - Fruit forward, jammy, a hint of spice. Soft tannins and a wonderful soft finish. Delicious!

January 18, 2014 - Beautiful fruit. Very well structured and balanced. Good finish. A very smooth wine that if decanted a couple of hours if drinking beautifully at present.

October 12, 2013 - Smooth, flawless to perfection, light pleasant fruity flavor with very subtle coffee, with light tannins which feels only after some aeration - and a disappointment. I expected so much more, jumping into higher price (for me) territory. Nice, but flat, jammed flavor lacking structure, complexity and richness. Flat taste reminding pleasant high-quality fruit punch. Absolutely no Cabernet Sauvignon signature character, and no cassis flavor mentioned by others. Very nice wine - if it would cost 8 times less.
