February 9, 2015 - Seemed angular and disjointed this time. There was a sharpness and dull acidity that didn't jive with the dark red fruit, leaving the components disparate and floating separately, while the overall experience was thin And dilute.

August 14, 2014 - These Chilean-sourced TJ's wines have proven reliably solid. Like the Cab Sauv, this Merlot has a good amount of varietal character. Raspberry fruit with perhaps a shade of cocoa and lip-smacking blueberry on the finish.
