November 4, 2023 - Fersken, melon og lime på duft. Etterhvert noe våt skifer. Intens sitrusfrukt i munnen, sylta sitron. Veldig syredrevet i munnen - litt avrunda er den, men det river og sliter godt i munnen dette her. Blir rundere med litt luft, får litt mandarin og til og med honning i frukten i munnen.
Dag 2 har den lagt på seg litt fylde, men nesten blitt litt plump. Bare nesten: hedonistisk og god, me ikke superelegant. -

October 29, 2021 - Utregs Wijnhuis tasting Exclusief (Utrecht): Very nicely aged basic riesling from Egon Muller. Great balance between the acidity and residual sugar. Long finish, high acidity

February 9, 2019 - Skrukork. Litt saltmineralske bobler som i Farris ved åpning, som forsvant med Fourriershake og 2 t i karaffel. Denne er ubrukelig som pop and pour vin. Perfekt modning for meg. Syren har roet seg og frukten og restsødmen er mer tydelig enn for 2-4 år siden. Vakker floral vin med grønne epler, sitron/lime og melon. Ren, elegant og frisk. Middels lang. Ukomplisert nytelse. Servert til syrlig kalvetartar.
