NOSE: smells like a Saison with a healthy dose of lemon and a hint of clementine orange.

BODY: yellow-orange color; still has a bead, which produces a thin-but-persistent whitish head; medium-light bodied.

TASTE: airy/frothy mouthfeel; earthy/grassy/hay; strong green banana flavor on the mid palate and also on the finish; I'm enjoying this now, but I believe I preferred it when it was younger.
