  August 1, 2015 - Moved from the 16C wine cellar to the freezer for 2h and took to a picnic. Best showing of this wine yet. A nose with brioche, flower and white fruit, on the palate this has only a touch of oiliness and honey (but less than for example the 06 Fevre Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos a fortnight ago), citrus keeping things in a great balance, white fruit, medium to long finish. Excellent and great QPR at the $30 or so I paid.

  July 16, 2015 - Drank at home with chicken wings. Did not get the olive notes like last time. Dense texture on the palate, slightly oily and sweet but a good match with the meal. Some swirling brings out some fresher lemon notes on the nose, otherwise plenty of honey Mellon and white fruit, some oak and nuts. Nice

  April 11, 2015 - Italian wine tasting at local retailer: Slightly oily texture without being too fat or sweet, interesting note of something like green olives, or rather the liquid from pickled green olives. Dry. l liked this and bought a few bottles.
