  April 6, 2021 - This is still doing great. Kinda unexpected. Very different than many years ago. Browning rim, and lightly orange hue. Sharp nose of black fruit with some green hints and earth. Light bodied. Taste was a bit lighter, not unexpected, but moderate black and red fruits, some bitter green, and very saline/salty. Nice long finish. This is great for the AFWE crowd, but if you like lush fruity wines, I would stay away.

  January 10, 2016 - Light ruby color with great clarity. Nose of strawberry and red cherry with some hints of floral and licorice. Similar flavors on the palate with a juicy red fruit driven profile. Medium to medium+ acid, low to medium tannin, light to medium bodied. Juicy and slightly tart on the finish. A bit simple but a very lively and enjoyable wine that paired great with a spicy vegetable tomato sauce.

  April 19, 2015 - It didn't smell corked, but this was just watery with nothing to it. Based on other notes, this must be a flawed bottle.
