Easy drinker that still showed som youth at opening. Matched the olive mortadella, 6 month aged piccorino, truffle taleggio and cold smoked pork belly hors d'oeuvrs well. Perfect match to sauteed raindeer w lingonberry entrées. -

April 8, 2016 - The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle.
After four hours of decanting, there is barely anything else than alcohol, grape skins and tight tannins. -
