  Nez de fruit nour, chocolat, vanille, bien boisé, mais tout de même agréable.
  Sec-, frais, tanin charnu, texture presque grasse, longue finale.

  February 22, 2016 - “Discover California’s Wines”, Wine 7 (non-blind): The wine was dark ruby in colour and offered cherry, black currant, mint and chocolate on the nose. On the palate the reasonably balanced wine showed cherry, black currant, chocolate, tobacco and a hint of vanilla, with medium to medium-plus acidity, ripe, medium-plus tannin and very good length. Solid. Drink now and over the next three to four years.

  December 24, 2015 - Decanted 1 hr, bright crimson color on edges, big nose, med mouthfeel, med length finish with some acid, negligible tannins/oak, KJ round description accurate, simple red blend.

  November 19, 2015 - Dark crimson purple, very little on the nose to comment other than muted dark berries. Pleasant enough mid palate consisting of boysenberry, chocolate, cassis with slight acidity, plenty tannins. This will do the trick for a table wine, appropriately priced. Excellent for mini-bar or in-flight libation.
